All items are delivered free of cost. Free shipping also sometimes means longer delivery times. Delivery times are mentioned on each product and are expressed in working days.
Products can be shipped from different locations. For orders with more than one product, we may split your order into several packages. Products are delivered by courier companies GLS or DPD.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. We cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and we are not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

If you do not receive the products ordered in the delivery time mentioned on each product please contact us immediately for further assistance or full money refund.
If product(s) delivered are damaged or not as described please send us your complaint via our »Contact us« form or on email: email@example.com with full description and in case of damaged product attach pictures for proof. In case the complaint is justified the money will be returned to your account (Bank or PayPal).
In case the product received does not fit your size we do not take any responsibility. The sizes charts are put next to each product so before making an order please check the sizes carefully. Please pay notice that the dimensions are measured on a flat - without stretching the material and there could be minor difference in measurment (+/- 2 cm).
